After registering for the conference and booking accommodation, participants are requested to complete this form to support event planning and facilitate transport arrangements, including airport and bus station pickups and daily transfers to and from the conference venue.
The purpose of this form is to establish where participants plan to stay so that the organizers can make the necessary transport arrangements in advance.
