StudentStay Accommodation for ANC X 2026 Delegates
Affordable short-term accommodation is available for delegates attending the 10th African Nutrition Conference (ANC X 2026) in Windhoek, Namibia, from 30 November to 4 December 2026.
Price: N$200 per person per day, for single or shared occupancy.
How to Apply
Option 1: Email application form
For applications submitted before 15 October 2026, or when online applications are unsuccessful:
- Download the forms:
- Complete the form and attach the required documents.
- Email the completed application to the relevant hostel contact listed below.
Option 2: Online application
From 15 October 2026, apply through the StudentStay website.
Required documents to accompany applications (upload or email):
- Valid identification document (ID).
- Official ANC X 2026 conference invitation letter.

- Rooms are shared.
- Early application is encouraged due to limited availability.
